A longtime client contacted me looking for a solution to an ongoing privacy issue at her farm. Each morning, a neighboring property owner would walk along the property line while she cared for her animals, leaving her feeling uncomfortable and without the privacy she wanted on her own land. After a thorough site visit and property assessment, I designed and built a custom privacy fence that followed the natural contours of the landscape while complementing the farm's appearance. Success!

This homeowner in Chapel Hill desired a creative solution to shield their property from the busy road. Together, we developed and constructed five large privacy screens using pressure-treated poplar, along with CCA-treated 4x6s and 4x4s. CCA-treated posts are expected to endure for 20-30 years on average. Pressure-treated poplar was chosen for its unique wood designs. The project was a great success, and the privacy screens are expected to last for many years to come.

I recently completed a project for a homeowner's association located outside of Carrboro.
