This client was listing their home for sale in Carrboro,NC and they needed a landscaping refresh. I added over a 100 bails of pine straw to the front yard. Over 20 yards of mulch and new gravel for the driveway. The house sold very quickly.

I love pine straw. Pine straw can transform a yard. I try and source most of my pine straw from the Southern pines area. Long leaf pine needles. From 20 bails to hundreds of bails pine straw is a great way to make a yard look wonderful and tidy.

This client was putting their house up for sale in Chapel Hill, and needed a landscaping cleanup. I added over 100 bails of pine straw, fresh mulch, gravel for the driveway, and I hedged all the shrubs at the front of the home. The house sold very fast.

For this project I added boarders to the driveway. Huge 2x10s were added to the tops of railroad ties. I then had a dump truck of wonderful river rocks brought in. This client had a track of land for sale outside of Chapel Hill. He wanted a path into the land and a nice entrance. I spent two days cleaning an entrance to the land. Then another few days clearing a path into the land. I then added some nice spilt rail fencing and a metal farm gate.

This property was at the Chapel Hill country club and needed landscaping before it went for sale. I added over 100 bails of pine straw, fresh mulch, and hedged all the shrubs.

This client wanted a new driveway. I added huge railroad ties for the boarder, 2 inches of fresh gravel, a split rail fence at the entrance,and a new flagstone walkway.

This client wanted a neat sitting area in her garden in Carrboro. I suggested a floating deck. 8x8. I took 2 yrs of carpentry and building classes a few yrs ago,so I’m aware regular pressure lumber low to the ground doesn’t last. This lumber is cca treated and preserve treated for ground contact from a local saw mill that preserve treats their own wood. This floating deck should last a very long time. Built with true to size local pine lumber.

This client wanted a nice design to add to their existing sitting area overlooking a pond. I added a wonderful spilt rail fence and a custom made cedar gate.

This client wanted a nice sitting area for morning coffee. I used landscaping Timbers to build up a patio area. I then filled the area with gravel and added nice pavers. I also made some nice steps. Pittsboro

This client wanted a nice fence for her new rescue dog. She also wanted a privacy screen bc next door to her home is a preschool. I built the fence and then built this nice privacy screen.

This client needed new driveway gravel in Polks landing. I ordered the gravel and also rented a mini skid steer to install the new gravel. This project was tricky,bc power lines were above the driveway. A dump truck couldn’t get into the yard so I had to rent a dump trailer. Success!

This client needed the walkways repaired with new gravel and boarders. I also added around 16 yards of mulch to the yard.
